You will not be penalised in any way for filing a complaint.

A note on online reviews

We cannot confirm whether any individual is or was a patient in a public forum, and we will not discuss care in a review reply — even if you mention it yourself first. This is a legal obligation, not indifference. If you want something addressed, please call us directly.
