We're the plaza just before the Old Town post office, at the top of Front Street. That's the easiest way to find us.
From I-15: take the Rancho California Road exit, head west, then turn south onto Old Town Front Street. We're Venti Old Town Plaza, a few hundred feet down and on your way into Old Town, just before the post office.
Coming up Front Street from inside Old Town: we're the next plaza after the post office, before you reach Rancho California Road.
Front Street has an ironwork arch at each end of Old Town and we're north of the north one, so if you're under an arch you haven't got here yet. Free parking in the lot out front, so you're not hunting for a space on Front Street.
No appointments needed
Walk in during opening hours and you'll be screened, treated and out. The three-person minimum applies to mobile visits only — that exists because driving to you is a trip rather than an appointment slot. It has never applied at the clinic.

Peter O'Brien, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with six years in an intensive care unit and eight in urgent care. He can evaluate you, decide what's appropriate and prescribe it himself — most mobile services send someone working from a standing order.
Everyone is screened first: allergies, heart, kidneys, breathing, past infusion reactions, pregnancy. If you shouldn't have one, you won't get one.
