Lab work is billed separately, through Quest. You get an order, you go in, we review the results together.
Why we just tell you
Look at what the big online clinics do. A headline price, a dagger symbol, and then a membership fee billed separately, a discounted first month, and a line clarifying that none of it guarantees you'll actually be prescribed anything.
By the time you work out the real number it's often close to double the one on the button. We're not doing that. If we did, nothing else on this site would be worth believing.
What you're actually paying for
Testosterone itself is not expensive. What costs money — and what separates a real practice from a prescription vending machine — is the monitoring.
Every month, you're paying for someone to watch:
- PSA
- Hematocrit and hemoglobin
- Estrogen
- Total and free testosterone
- Liver enzymes
Testosterone is extremely safe when it's done correctly. It can be dangerous when it's done recklessly.

Common questions
Is there a separate membership fee?
No. $200 a month is the price. There's no membership, no enrolment fee, and no annual charge.
What about lab work?
Billed separately through Quest. You'll get an order, go in for the draw, and we review the results together. Baseline labs before you start, then follow-ups on a schedule.
Do I have to come into an office?
Once a year, in Southern California. Everything else — consults, lab review, dose changes, follow-ups — happens by phone or video, and your medication ships to your home.
Does insurance cover it?
We're cash-pay. No insurance billing, no prior authorisations, no surprise statement six weeks later. You know the number before you start.
What if I'm not a good candidate?
